I am very pleased with the vendor. I ordered the wrong size, received it in good time, called the vendor, who was very friendly and helpful, received the correct product shortly after. A positive experience from a good company.

I purchased the 3.5mm Stereo Headset Speaker Adaptor only to find that it didn’t work. I tried emailing customer service for assistance and they woman I was speaking with was no help at all. Great Job Amazon!

The adaptor for the headset is perfect. It’s the Motorola headset that it goes to that is made so cheaply that the arm broke at the fulcrum. If it had been made stronger at the critical point, it would last and continue to be the fully-functional useful item it was when new.
